Fast, Easy and Health Side For Dinner

One of my favorite sides for dinner is asparagus. It is so quick and easy to prep and cook and it falls in line with clean eating. It doesn’t hurt that the family loves it! Four of us will easily go through two bundles of asparagus at dinner.

Ingredients:2 Bundles of Asparagus-Extra Virgin Olive oil Salt and Pepper.

How to:Rinse asparagus and snap of stems ( they will naturally snap leaving only the tender part of the stalk. Discard the woody stems. Pat dry and place on unlined cookie sheet. Drizzle with Olive oil, Salt and Pepper to taste. Roll the spears back and forth until evenly coated with oil and seasoning. Place on top rack of oven under the Broiler. Broil for 8-10 min turning once until tender. * My husband is a fan of spice so to mix things up we will sprinkle it with cayenne from time to time.
