What Is For Breakfast?

We all know it is important to start your day of right. Having a healthy meal to start your day not only getting your metabolism up and running, but it will fuel your workouts and help you make better choices through the rest of your day.

I struggle with breakfast. My brain is not ready to function until my 3rd cup of coffee and at least an hour or two of being up and moving. This is why it is important to me to have quick, easy and mindless ( healthy) breakfast foods on hand. These egg-white Muffins are my favorite. Not only are they protein and nutrient packed. I can pre prep them for the week.
